Corporate History

LANDMARK MANAGEMENT is the Owner and Manager of „Campulung Industrial Park”, located on the former site of ARO, the car manufacturer formerly affiliated with DACIA. This 49 hectare Industrial Park consists of 100 000 sqm built area and a further 20 hectares for greenfield development. It is situated in Campulung Muscel, Arges County, at no. 223 Traian Street, close to DN 73 (Pitesti - Brasov) and E 574.

Campulung industrial Park consists of a series of industrial halls with a total covered area of 100 000 sqm, suitable for all non-polluting manufacturing or assembly industries, offices, warehousing and also provides all facilities necessary for undertaking such activities.

Campulung Industrial Park is the exclusive property of Landmark Management – Bucharest, as evidenced by Court Order dated 29th of June 2007.

Question 1 :How much electric power is available?

A maximum output of 12 MW. The Park is supplied by two 110 kV overhead lines and one 20 kV overhead line. Each warehouse can be supplied with 2 MW which can also be enhanced to 4 MW depending on power consumption and installation in other halls.

Question 2: How many parking spaces are available for each hall?

Depending on the rented surface and on tenant's needs, 3 to 10 spaces are provided inside the park for each hall. For heavy trucks there is parking just outside the entrance to the Park with a surface area of 10 000 sqm. Customers and visitors can also use the parking outside the Park.

Question3: Are the halls available for rental only or also for sale ?

The halls are not only for rental,, they can be also sold, either fully renovated or in their present structural condition.
