CORPORATE HISTORY

LANDMARK MANAGEMENT is the Owner and Manager of „Campulung Industrial Park”, located on the former site of ARO, the car manufacturer formerly affiliated with DACIA. This 49 hectare Industrial Park consists of 100 000 sqm built area and a further 20 hectares for greenfield development. It is situated in Campulung Muscel, Arges County, at no. 223 Traian Street, close to DN 73 (Pitesti - Brasov) and E 574.

Campulung industrial Park consists of a series of industrial halls with a total covered area of 100 000 sqm, suitable for all non-polluting manufacturing or assembly industries, offices, warehousing and also provides all facilities necessary for undertaking such activities.

Campulung Industrial Park is the exclusive property of Landmark Management – Bucharest, as evidenced by Court Order dated 29th of June 2007.

GENERAL PRESENTATION

Campulung Industrial Park is located at 223 Traian Street, in the industrial sector of the town of Campulung Muscel, Arges County.

The Industrial Park is bordered by Magura Hill, Traian Street and other privately owned properties. It covers an area of 49 hectares, with approximately 100 000 sqm of industrial space for production and/or storage. Campulung Industrial Park has its own railway connection with 3.5 km of internal track as well as a 10 km network of internal roads , 6 access gates to and from the main street and all the necessary utilities for production and services: water, sewerage, gas , and electrical power.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL PARK

Campulung Industrial Park consists of a series of industrial halls with a total covered area of 100 000 sqm, suitable for all non-polluting manufacturing or assembly industries, offices, warehousing and also provides all facilities necessary for undertaking such activities.
Rental options within Campulung Industrial Park are varied, namely:
• Existing industrial spaces can be rented in their present structural condition with an extremely attractive low-level rent, the costs of any renovation being borne by the tenants.
• Existing industrial spaces can be rented at a reasonable rent negotiated between the parties with the owner making any renovations at his expense in accordance with the tenant’s technical specifications.
• Existing industrial spaces range between 1,000 sqm and 30,000 sqm, with internal ceiling heights between 5 and 18 m, some of them having the advantage of loading/unloading platforms. The administrative building has an area of approximately 3500 sqm on 4 levels, providing offices, conference rooms, protocol and training spaces etc. Campulung Industrial Park has its own network of roads with parking places especially assigned to each rented hall and can supply all necessary utilities for the development of production and service activities inside each building.
